The 2014 NBA playoffs live stream and TV coverage continues Sunday with two games on the schedule and they are both of the Game 7 variety. Just like yesterday's great action, today will decide which teams move on to Round 2 and which teams will be thinking about next season. The early NBA playoff live streaming game features Toronto taking on Brooklyn, while the late afternoon game will feature the Dallas Mavericks squaring off against the San Antonio Spurs.
CBS Sports reports on May 4, that the winner in today's game between the Mavericks and Spurs will move on to Round 2 and face the Portland Trailblazers. Portland knocked off the Houston Rockets in their Round 1 best-of-seven series. Right now the Spurs or Mavs aren't thinking about Portland as they both know this afternoon is their biggest basketball game of the season.
Spurs veteran leader and future Hall of Fame center Tim Duncan has been here before, and he isn't worried about how his team will perform today. Duncan has been in this position many times before and knows all that matters is a win today and a shot to move on to the next series.
After sweeping the season series from Dallas in the regular season, Duncan knew that the playoffs would be different. Many experts may have had the Spurs winning this series in 4 or 5 games, but the all-star center doesn't care how many games it takes to knock off Dallas - as long as they do it.
''It doesn't matter how many games it takes,'' Duncan said after the Spurs' 113-111 loss in Dallas on Friday night. ''We're not worried or disappointed.''
Las Vegas odds makers have the Spurs listed as a 7 point favorite with the over/under number total set at 198. San Antonio is tough as nails at home, but the way this series is going this game may come down to the final shot.
Fans can catch all of the Game 7 action between the Mavericks and Spurs nationally on ABC and streaming live online through ESPN3 starting at 3:30 p.m. ET. Who is your choice to move on NBA fans, Dallas or San Antonio?
