Austin, Texas -- The 2014 mtvU Woodie Awards nominees have been announced, and Beyonce, Jay Z, Kanye West, Ed Shreeran, Lorde, and Drake are all up for at least one category each. Performing the Austin hip event will include, Tyler the Creator, Ed Sheeran, Jay Z, Arcade Fire, The National, and The XX.

Doors open at 3:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, March 13, at Red River and 1st Street in downtown Austin. The show will be open to all badge holders and folks over 18. Entrance into the 2014 mtvU Woodie Awards and Festival is free, with an online RSVP available at a later date.

Performances will culminate in the main event — the awards show — which will air on Sunday, March 16, at 8:00 p.m.
