2014 MTV Movie Awards: Complete winners list

The golden popcorn statues were handed out once more at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday, April 13, for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards. With host Conan O'Brien kicking off the event with an introduction including fifty cameos, audiences knew they were in for a treat.

While there were many top moments throughout the evening, Clevver News provides an insightful video of the top twelve moments of the night's events that I have to agree with in many ways.

One of the highlights for me, number eleven on their list, was Mark Wahlberg taking home MTV's Generation Award for the evening. While I have to admit this made me feel slightly old, no one felt older than Wahlberg himself joking that his career was now over because he was taking home the old people's award.

One of the other great moments of the evening was Jonah Hill introducing Channing Tatum for this year's MTV's Trailblazer Award, which took home number six on the list. While many people did not take Tatum serious until his work in '21 Jump Street'

By far one of the best moments of the night took place when Jordana Brewster took the stage to introduce the tribute to Paul Walker, taking number five on the list. The various clips from Walker's films, but also provided the audience an inside look at the amazing human being that was Paul Walker.

And even though I do not agree with number on the list, which is Zac Efron's shirt being removed during his acceptance speech for Best Shirtless Performance in "That Akward Moment", I'm sure it was quite the memorable moment for many viewers watching around the world.
