The 2014 NCAA basketball live stream and TV schedule for March 1 will definitely have a March Madness feel to it as teams are winding down their regular season schedules and getting ready for their conference tournaments and a run at a NCAA title. One of the big games on Saturday's schedule will feature the live streaming basketball action of Missouri State taking on the surprising Wichita State Shockers.
According to Kansas.com on Feb. 28, Wichita State coach Gregg Marshall and senior Cleanthony Early are finalists for the 2014 U.S. Basketball Writers Association national honors. This shouldn't come as a surprise as the Shockers are sitting at a perfect 30-0, yet still somehow this team gets a bit overlooked.
Early is averaging nearly 16 points per game along with 5.9 rebounds in leading Wichita State to their incredible run so far this season. Of course the ultimate goal is to win the NCAA Championship, but finishing the regular season undefeated would be quite an achievement for the Shockers.
Tomorrow will be another tough test for Wichita State.
When these two teams met up back on Jan. 11, Missouri State (30-0, 17-0) had the Shockers (19-10, 9-8) down and out, but they let them off the hook. Cleanthony Early scored 22 points as Wichita State rallied from a 19-point second-half deficit to knock off Missouri State 72-69 in overtime.
Tomorrow's game may be closer than fans think.
Las Vegas odds makers believe Wichita State will handle their business Saturday afternoon as they are a 13 point favorite.
Fans can catch all the action starting at 2:00 p.m. EST on ESPN and streaming live online through WatchESPN.
