Equestrians hoping to participate in top clinics offered at the 2014 Midwest Horse Fair need to act fast. Clinic applications are due Monday, January 6, for the three-day equestrian exposition, scheduled for mid-April in Madison.

Top clinicians for the 2014 Midwest Horse Fair represent a variety of equestrian disciplines.

Here’s the current roster.

  • David Dellin
  • Anita Howe
  • Dan James
  • Nick Karazissis
  • Ken McNabb
  • Steffen Peters
  • Daniel Stewart
  • Steve Wall

Applications must include videos (or video links), showcasing each prospective participant and horse performing the specified skills, which vary with each clinician. Individuals may apply for multiple clinics, if appropriate.

Accepted entries will participate in demonstrations and equestrian training opportunities with these recognized professionals during the three-day expo. Each participant will be expected to use his or her own horse for the chosen event.

Clinic fees and training requirements vary.

Additional clinicians may yet be listed, perhaps extending deadlines for those later additions.

The 2014 Midwest Horse Fair takes place April 11 to 13 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
