If you’re looking for a fun way to spend your Wednesday nights, look no further than Miami Beach’s SoundScape Cinema Series.

This weekly film series, which takes place at the New World Center’s ExoStage, gives you the opportunity to watch free films screened in the park on a 7,000-square-foot projection wall accompanied by a state-of-the-art audio system every Wednesday night (and the occasional Thursday night) at 8:00 p.m.

The 2014 season starts back up with 1963’s “Cleopatra,” starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, and continues on with a mix of recent hits such as “Gravity” and “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” as well as beloved classics like “Mary Poppins” and “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.”

Just bring a blanket, snacks, and a bottle of wine and get ready for a wonderful movie night under the stars.
