2014 ILLINOIS READS Launch Party

The 2nd Annual ILLINOIS READS launch will be Wednesday, March 12, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the historic Old State Capitol Building in Springfield, Illinois. The event will open with a special welcome from Lt. Governor Simon.

Attendees will enjoy music from the Fleming School of the Performing Arts orchestra. Light refreshments will be served.

Participants will be able to purchase ILLINOIS READS titles from Anderson's Book Shops. Many of the 2014 ILLINOIS READS authors are planning to attend and will be available to autograph books.

In April, ILLINOIS READS Ambassadors will receive the new bookmarks and posters. This is the 2014 ILLINOIS READS book list.
