2014 Easter egg hunts near St. Louis: Wentzville Lake St. Louis area

Wentzville

Wentzville Parks & Recreation - Progress Park Center

Wentzville Parks & Recreation will host an Easter Egg Hunt for middle school kids on Friday, April 4. Kids in grades 6-8 can join in the fun at Progress Park Center from 7:00-10:00 p.m. There will be an after-dark Easter egg hunt, music and dancing, and refreshments available for purchase. The fee for the event is $8 at the door. For more information call 636-332-9236.

The City of Wentzville - Rotary Park

The City of Wentzville will also host an Easter egg hunt for kids ages 1-10. This event takes place at Rotary Park on Saturday, April 12. Gates open at 8:30 a.m. Children in age groups 1-2, 7-8, and 9-10 will hunt for eggs at 9:30. Kids in age groups 3-4 and 5-6 will begin at 10:00. There will also be face painting and clowns before the Easter egg hunts begin.

Every child in attendance must have a ticket. Tickets cost $3 in advance at the Progress Park office or $5 on the day of the event at Rotary Park.

Dardenne Prairie:

2Rivers Church - John Weldon Elementary School

2Rivers Church will host EggnOrmous, a free Easter event for the community on Saturday, April 19. This exciting event will include Easter egg hunts for ages 1-10, carnival games, face painting, balloon artists, popcorn, and door prizes.

This event takes place at John Weldon Elementary School, 7370 Weldon Springs Road. Registration can be made and egg hunt start times can be found at theeggnormous.com.

Dardenne Presbyterian Church

Dardenne Presbyterian Church will provide a free Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 12 from 10:00-11:45 a.m. For more information, call 636-561-4347.

Troy

New Life Church will host an Easter event at Troy City Park in Troy, MO on Saturday, April 19. The Easter Bunny will be on hand for parents who wish to take pictures, kids can enjoy getting their faces painted and searching for Easter eggs.

This event begins at 9:00 a.m. To register, please visit New Life Church online. For more information call 636.240.3567.

Lake St. Louis

Lake Saint Louis Parks & Recreation and the Lake Saint Louis Mothers Club will sponsor an Easter Egg Hunt at Lake Saint Louis Founders Park on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to noon. The egg hunts and activities for kids are open to children ages ten and under. The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures as well.
