2014 ACM Awards nominees to be announced via social media

The nominees for the 2014 ACM Awards will be announced on Facebook and Twitter on January 29 at 9:00 a.m. Central. The Academy of Country Music will once again, for the third consecutive year, reveal the nominees via a digital press conference.

The nominees will be announced by celebrities including country music’s own Darius Rucker, Jerrod Niemann, and Lucy Hale. Appearances will also be made by Beth Behrs, Nancy O’Dell, Sharon Osbourne, Willie and Korie Robertson of Duck Dynasty, and many more.

Country music fans can hear the announcements via real time video at ACM on Facebook and @ACMawards on Twitter.

The ACM Awards show is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 and will be hosted by Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan for the second year.
