2013 World Baseball Classic: Rosters, pools and schedules set

The 2013 World Baseball Classic rosters have been finalized according to ESPN.com. 45 MLB All-Stars will take part in the tournament, including Detroit Tiger and reigning American League MVP and Triple Crown winner Miguel Cabrera. Cabrera (along with Tigers starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez) will be playing for Venezuela.

Meanwhile, the United States has some star power as well in Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer, Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adam Jones, Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Jimmy Rollins, Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher (and 2012 National League Cy Young winner) R.A.
