Many of the usual companies are at the 2013 SHOT SHOW including those one would expect from Germany.
Anschutz the proud German company who have making firearms since 1856, and with many of the 2012 Olympic Gold medals to their credit were present with not only their target competition guns, but those more suitable for hunting, such as the model 1780 a bolt action rifle with its removable magazine, adjustable trigger weight, and model 1770 with similar features. Newer was the MSR RX22 in various modes of dress, with and without sights, precision, competition styles, black or desert in color, with normal and folding stocks, adjustable trigger weight, see the images in the slideshow.
Also Anschutz offer the LazerPower II series which are designed specifically for shooting at the LaerPower Biathlon target which senses and displays a lazer striking it, so this is a safe system (although it does project a Class 1 lazer beam, so normal red lazer eye protection is is needed) which can be used for training purposes in environs where firearms would not be appropriate or cannot be used for safety reasons.
SteyrSport of course introduced the Steyr Hunting 5 last year which is a 5 shot air rifle operating on compressed air an offered in .17, .20 and .22 calibers. Also offered is the Steyr LG100 High Power Hunting rile with added features such as adjustable cheek piece, nickel plated barrel and aluminum parts to prevent corrosion, left or right handed cocking, and .17, .20, .22 calibers. Steyr Sport's LP10 air pistol, also operating on compressed air, offers the handgun shooter additional hunting opportunities, and as for accuracy, well these guns have taken 9 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze medals in the Olympics from 188-2012, so that says it all.
