Representatives from SHS Forum attended the 2013 Philadelphia Flower Show.
This year's Flower Show was once again held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Center City Philadelphia.
The theme for this year's Flower Show was "Brilliant", in homage to Great Britain and England.
A wide variety of British-themed plants and exhibits of all types was on display, which included a golf course created by WB Saul High School for Agricultural Sciences, as well as a beautiful display with a statuette that was indeed real.
Also on display was the Hamilton Horticourt, which displayed all of the contest entries in a beautiful, centralized area. The Horticourt was named after one of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society's longtime contributors, whose last name was Hamilton.
Gardening and home design experts were on hand throughout the week of March 2nd through the 10th to showcase their talents in the PHS Design Studio, as well as the PHS Gardener's Studio.
Next year's Flower Show will be held March 1st through the 9th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The theme for next year will be called ARTiculture, or The Art of Horticulture. In addition, a free, special side display of beautiful flowers will be prominently featured along the entire Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
