2013 Oscar trends

At the Oscar awards there were many trends started. This year severe armor like cut dresses were in vogue. Many dresses were also billowy with full skirts and trains. Dresses were more conservative this year. Jennifer Lawrence wore the most revealing dress. Resse Witherspoon wore a Louis Vuitton gown in royal blue with black trim that gave her the illusion of a very tight waist and elegantly showed off her curvy figure. Amy Adams wore a powdery grey silk gown by Oscar De La Renta that looked like the skirt was made of feathers. Jennifer Aniston wore a red dress by Valentino with a wide full skirt. She joked that she could fit a couple more people under her dress. Naomi Watts wore a stunning sparkling grey gown by Armani Hair was very short or pinned up on top of the head. There were very few flowing or shaggy styles.
