See also

Frankie Facebreaker of the Emerald City Rollergirls finished 3rd in the overall all-star voting in 2013, earning her a place in the "starting lineup." She also finished tied for 4th in the MVP voting. Here is what some of the voters had to say about her...

"Awesome coach and a great idol for a lot of young woman!" - Brandi Loyer

"She has the best attitude out of every skater I've met. No matter what happens on the track, Frankie always has an upbeat spirit with her team. She can always see room for improving, and pushes herself but helps others achieve their goals as well. Frankie is one of those rare skaters that doesn't just want herself to be the best she can be, she wants to help everybody be the best." - Slam Shady

"A fan-favorite and a coach's dream. Frankie is one of the most passionate and dedicated players I have ever worked with. She doesn't simply set goals, she MAKES COMMITMENTS. Reminds me a lot of Trauma, member of Team USA/Kansas City Roller Warriors. A true triple-threat, she brings an invaluable blend of game smarts and intense physicality to the table. It can be quite challenging to smoothly combine the role of astute pack manager with dynamic play-maker, but Frankie does so with the best of them. Both on the track and off, she is a ravenous student of the game. She devours copious amounts of footage and has probably read every derby-related blog and article ever written. In terms of her embrace of strength and endurance training, she sets the bar high for herself and her teammates. She motivates, she inspires, she pushes them hard in practice. Her game-face is without parallel, her focus is unwavering. She deserves this honor without question, and I'm insanely proud of her. I'm also grateful - whether she knows this or not, fact is she has done much over the years to keep me on my toes and make me a better coach. Her name will continue to ring out in this sport for years to come." - John Jayme
