Star Trek Into Darkness
JJ Abrams' newest trek into the Star Trek universe will bring back stars from his first venture, as well as Benedict Cumberbatch, Alice Eve and Noel Clarke. The plot is a secret at present, but with Abrams at the helm, should be worth the wait.
Guillermo del Toro's 'Pacific Rim' has humans climbing into huge robots to fight against creatures from the ocean. Stars include Ron Perlman, Idris Elba and Charlie Hunnam.
Iron Man 3
Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark battles Sir Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin this time 'round with no help from his pals The Avengers.
Man of Steel
Finally, after a long wait, Superman returns to the big screen in Zach Snyder's "Man of Steel." Henry Cavill takes on the iconic role with stars including Russell Crowe, Amy Adams, Kevin Costner, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane.
Yep, he's back. Based on a 1982 run of the comic from Frank Miller and Chris Claremont that took Wolverine to Japan, Hugh Jackman is back to reprise his role as one of the favorite X-Men characters.
Thor: The Dark World
In the build up to Marvel's 2015 release The Avengers 2, this may be one of the best comic book movies of the year. With Alan Taylor (Games of Thrones) directing, the stars include Chris Hemsworth (as Thor), Natalie Portman, Tom Hiddleston, Anthony Hopkins, Christopher Eccleston, and possibly Zachary Levi (Chuck).
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
The second Hunger Games movie will include new characters including Sam Chaflin as Finnick Odair and seasoned actor Philip Seymour Hoffman.
Will and Jaden Smith star as a father and son stuck on a dangerous, deserted planet called Earth. With his father injured, it is left up to the son to find help.
Tom Cruise and Olga Kurylenko star in this battle between aliens and the few remaining humans. Morgan Freeman, Melissa Leo and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau are also in the cast.
Orson Scott Card's novel has finally come to the big screen. With a great cast of Asa Butterfield in the lead as officer-in-training Andrew ‘Ender’ Wiggin, Harrison Ford, Hailee Steinfeld and Ben Kingsley, this should be worth the wait.

Brad Pitt stars as a battle between zombies and humans in what is sure to be a blockbuster movie.
