The NFL preseason schedule for Week 2 continues today with four games on the schedule, including the last seasons Super Bowl runner up San Francisco 49ers taking on the new look Kansas City Chiefs. San Francisco has one goal this season - take care of unfinished business.
After falling just short of a Super Bowl championship, the 49ers are hoping that QB Colin Kaepernick can pick up where he left off last season. Kaepernick dominated and confused defenses with his strong arm and blazing speed. However, unlike like last season, Colin won't be catching teams off guard. With a year under his belt, and game film available on him, defenses will be able to prepare for the 49ers.
Then again, preparing for Kaepernick and stopping him are two different things!
Coming off a disappointing 2012 season, the Chiefs and new head coach Andy Reid is ready to show critics that Kansas City won't be a push over in 2013. Even though it is only the preseason, look for KC to play well in front of their home-town fans.
Both teams come into tonight's game at 0-1 on the preseason.
