2013 NCAA Women's Tournament Final Four: Louisville, UConn favored; Vegas odds

The 2013 Women's NCAA Tournament bracket is down to the Final Four and tonight's action will match-up some familiar faces and some new teams waiting to make history.

According to NPR news on April 7, on one side of the bracket two of the best teams in basketball will clash when No.1 Notre Dame faces No. 1 Connecticut.

So far this season Notre Dame has had the Huskies' number.

The Irish have defeated UConn all three times they faced them, but the Huskies can erase those memories very quickly with a win tonight.

In the other big game tonight the surging and surprising Louisville Cardinals will face the California Golden Bears.

Louisville has been a big underdog in its last two games, yet they have upset No. 1 seeded Baylor and No. 2 seeded Tennessee. Right now the Cardinals are flying high and may be the most dangerous team in the tourney.

Interestingly enough, UConn is favored tonight to beat the Irish, even though they have dropped all three games to them this season.

Here is a look at tonight's Final Four schedule and Las Vegas.

  • Louisville (-2) vs. California 6:30 p.m. EST
  • Notre Dame vs. UConn (-2) 8:30 p.m. EST
