Over the next few weeks, we will examine all the 2013 NCAA Football Bowl games. Below is part four of the project.

We’ll begin with Dec. 31 as Rice (+7) takes on Mississippi State in the Autozone Liberty Bowl (4 p.m., ESPN). At 8 p.m. (ESPN), No. 24 21 Texas A&M (-12) battles Duke in the Chick-fil-a Bowl.

Moving on to Jan. 1, Nebraska (+9) tangles with No. 22 Georgia in the Gator Bowl at 12 p.m. on ESPN2. Also at noon (ESPNU), UNLV (+6.5) will play North Texas in the Heart of Dallas Bowl presented by Plaincapital Bank.

At 1 p.m., No. 19 Wisconsin (-1.5) does battle with No. 9 South Carolina in the Capital One Bowl in ABC. Also taking place at 1 p.m. (ESPN), no. 16 LSU (-7) is set to take on Iowa in the Outback Bowl. At 5 p.m. (ESPN), the Rose Bowl features No. 5 Stanford (-4.5) tangling with No. 4 Michigan State.

With all that said, here are picks for these big bowl games:
