Over the next few weeks, we will examine all the 2013 NCAA Football Bowl games. Below is part two of the project.
We will pick things up on Thursday Dec. 26 as the San Diego Country Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl pits Utah State (+1.5) against No. 23 Northern Illinois on ESPN at 9:30 p.m.
On Friday, Dec. 27, Marshall (-2.5) battles Maryland in the Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman. Kick-off is set for 2: 30 p.m. in ESPN. The Texas Bowl will feature Syracuse (+4) taking on Minnesota at 6 p.m. (ESPN). The final game of the day takes place on the Fight Hunger Bowl as Washington (-3) squares off against BYU (9:30 p.m., ESPN).
Saturday, Dec. 28 kicks off with Rutgers (+15.5) taking on Notre Dame in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl (12 p.m., ESPN). At 3:20 p.m., North Carolina (-3) tangling with Cincinnati in the Belk Bowl (ESPN). The Russell Athletic Bowl then takes place at 6:45 p.m. as No. 18 Louisville (-3) battles Miami (FL) on ESPN.
With all things considered, here are my picks with the spread on these games:
