Over the next few weeks, we will examine all the 2013 NCAA Football Bowl games. Below is part one of the project.
On Saturday Dec. 21, the Glildan New Mexico Bowl pits Washington State (6-6) taking on Colorado State (7-6). WSU is a 3.5 point favorite with the game taking place at 2 p.m. on ESPN.
At 3:30 p.m., No. 25 USC (9-4) tangles with No. 20 Fresno State (11-1) in the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl on ABC. Fresno State is a 5.5 point underdog.
At 5:30 p.m. (ESPN), San Diego State (7-5) goes up against Buffalo (8-4) in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. As of now, Buffalo is a 2 point favorite.
The final game of the day features Tulsa (7-5) taking on Louisiana Lafayette (8-4) in the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl. Kick-off is scheduled for 9 p.m. on ESPN with the line off the board.
Moving on to Monday, Dec. 23, the Beef O Brady St. Petersburg Bowl pits East Carolina (9-3) as a 13.5 point favorite against Ohio (7-5). Kick-off is set for 2 p.m. on ESPN.
On Tuesday, Dec. 24, Boise State (8-4) is a 2.5 point underdog as they clash with Oregon State (6-6) in the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl. That game will air at 8 p.m. on ESPN.
Thursday, Dec. 26, right here in Detroit, the Little Caesars Bowl (6 p.m., ESPN) features Pittsburgh (6-6) taking on Bowling Green (10-3). BGSU is a 6 point favorite.
