Today is the day many NBA fans love the most during NBA All-Star weekend as the slam-dunk and three-point shoot-out contests take place during what is now known as All-Star Saturday night. Some of the most memorable moments in NBA All-Star history happen during these events and NBA fans know that this is must see T.V.!
James White of the New York Knicks and Gerald Green of the Indiana Pacers are the favorites to win the dunk contest, while Stephen Curry (Golden State), and Steve Novak (Knicks) are the odds on favorites to win the three-point contest.
All the action is scheduled to get underway at 8:00 p.m. EST and will be carried live on TNT.
