The Basilica of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, located at 1023 Swann Rd. in Lewiston, will hosts its annual Festival of Lights, taking place now through Monday, January 6th, 2014. The lights will be on display nightly from 5 to 9 p.m., and the Shrine will be open daily with free admission from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
While at the festival at Fatima Shrine, climb to the top of the Basilica and see the 15 acres of Christmas lights, and view the Avenue of Saints. The festival features 75 displays lit up each night.
In addition to the Festival of Lights, Fatima Shrine will host Christmas Eve and Christmas Day masses. Christmas Eve masses are scheduled for 4 p.m. and midnight, while Christmas Day masses are a 9 a.m. and noon.
