2013 holiday card contest: deadline extended until Thursday

See also

The middle of December is a busy time for everyone. Besides the shopping and, in certain parts of the US and Canada right now, the heavy snow-shoveling, there's also fall term finals for students, and the beginning of the winter small expansion rumor season for internet Magic writers like myself.

With that in mind, I recognize that I may have made the deadline for my first-ever Newark Magic Examiner holiday contest too soon. Therefore, I'm extending that deadline by three days, until 11:59 PM EST on Thursday, December 19, to give more people a chance to participate. Again, the prize will be five booster packs of Theros, so you won't want to miss out!

To reiterate, in order to enter, please send your original design of a Happy Holidays Promo-style Magic card, with holiday flavor and silver-bordered mechanics, to alexsilady@gmail.com. After the entry period, I'll post an online poll in a future article and, after a week, the winner of the voting will win the contest. Good luck and happy designing!
