Joe Gibbs Racing driver Kyle Busch earned his seventh Nationwide Series pole of the season on Saturday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The No. 54 Monster Energy Toyota Camry leads the field to the green flag for Saturday night’s Great Clips/Grit Chips 300 after a fast lap of 180.563 mph (30.704 seconds). Austin Dillon starts on the outside pole alongside Busch (180.445 mph/30.724 seconds).
Elliott Sadler starts seventh in the No. 11 OneMain Financial Toyota after his qualifying lap of 178.465 mph (31.065 seconds), while Brian Vickers starts behind Sadler in ninth following his qualifying run of 178.183 mph (31.114 seconds) in the No. 20 Dollar General Toyota.
Trevor Bayne and Kasey Kahne make up Row Two, with Regan Smith and Sam Hornish Jr. in Row Three. Michael Annett joins Sadler in Row Four, while Nelson Piquet Jr. starts 10th next to Vickers.
