Comic actresses Tina Fey and Amy Poehler hosted the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night (Jan. 13), and the awards were handed out by a slew of celebrity presenters including one of our personal favorites, "Scandel" star Kerry Washington. Nominations and awards are voted on by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
