The 2013 Daytona 500 is finally here and the drama and excitement seems to be bigger than ever. A new year always brings hope for every driver as the sprint literally gets underway today towards the 2013 Sprint Cup Championship.

Last year's Sprint Cup Champion Brad Keselowski will try to be the first repeat champion since Jimmy Johnson's great run of five straight titles between 2006 and 2010.
One of the hottest names right now in NASCAR is Danica Patrick. Even though Patrick is yet to pull off a NASCAR win, she creates a buzz when she is on the track. Las Vegas odds makers have joined in the hype by creating some interesting prop bets.
The gamblers must believe in her somewhat - she opened up at 75/1 odds about a month ago and is currently at 18/1.
