On Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, the latest on anything agriculture was presented to its viewers on "Farmweek." A part of the news for 2013, so far this year, was the 23rd Mississippi-Louisiana Dairy Management Conference.
The event was held in Tylertown, Miss., and the topics of discussion were on Dairy Cow Lameness: Whys and Hows (to Prevent), Producer Panel: Approaches to Managing Feet and Leg Challenges on Our Farms, Molds and Myctotoxins in Dairy Feeds, and Agricultural Policy and Market Issues for 2013.
The location for the Southwest Events Center, in Tylertown, was at 29 Highway 48 East.

Earlier in the year "Farmweek" covered the 57th Tri-State Soybean Forum. The forum was held on January 4.
In addition, "Farmweek" made note of the MSU Private Pesticide Applicators Certification Class Schedule. The cost for the class is $10. Also, there was coverage on the topics of Sustainability, Southern Gardening and more.
