The last episode of 'The Bachelor' airs on March 11, 2013, starting at 8 p.m. The three hour show features three hours of Sean's final dates with Catherine and Lindsay and a live "After the Final Rose" special.
A letter from Catherine will cause Sean to agonize about his decision, but a proposal and an engagement will bring the emotional finale to a close.
Who does Sean Lowe end up with? After discussing his final picks with his family and agonizing over who he should propose to, Sean picks Catherine Giudici as his bride-to-be. Rumor has it that the mysterious letter that Chris Harrison gives Sean is from Catherine.
Of course, the promos for the finale show a very distraught Lowe pondering if he is making the right choice. Perhaps the letter is just a declaration of love and Catherine tells Sean that she doesn't mind waiting until their wedding night to have sex with the born again virgin.
After Sean gives Catherine a gigantic Neil Lane ring, fans get to see them live where they will likely gush about their love for each other and talk about their summer wedding plans.
At the "After the Final Rose" special, Sean will also face the woman he dumped, Lindsay Yenter. Was it the fact that she talked like a baby when she told Sean she loved him for the first time that turned him off or was he not quite ready to be the son-in-law of a General?
It's likely ABC will also announce that Sean will remain in the spotlight before he walks down the aisle -- he will be "Dancing with the Stars" starting next Monday, March 18, 2013.
The announcement of the new "Bachelorette" will also take place on Monday night. Once again, ABC has plucked a dumped cast member to hand out roses.
At least we know that Desiree's crazy brother, Nate, will make for entertaining television if Desiree fails to bring on the drama that many fans crave.
Will Sean and Catherine defy the odds and last longer than a few weeks after their engagement is announced?
The show's track record isn't good, so time will tell how the newest "Bachelor" couple fares after showing off their new found love on talk shows, late-night shows and on the cover of all of the tabloid magazines.
