The stars of sex and screen turned out for the annual 2013 AVNs in their finest. It may be the most clothes you’ve ever see them in, and they did look fabulous. Hosted at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas on Saturday, January 19th, nominees for awards in various categories hit the red carpet in style. The big winners of the night included Best Actor, Steven St. Croix, Torn, New Sensations Couples, and Best Actress, Lily Carter, Wasteland, Elegant Angel Productions, but the real winners and entertainment comes from the top five most oddly-named categories; the ones most people aren’t aware of as they watch a good skin flick:

Most porn connoisseurs are probably not considering the cinematic significance of the scenes of which they are viewing, but there is definitely a category for it no matter what it happens to be, and it takes all kinds of talent to pull these types of sexual Olympics off. So next time you’re enjoying a night of adult film-age, take time to appreciate your actors and actresses who lay it all on the line while taking it all in – just for your viewing pleasure.
