Ricky Carmichael will be personally supporting this weekends arenacross at the Mohegan Sun Arena. Ricky has taken a direct interest in this series after endorsing it as the "Ricky Carmichael's Road to Supercross". If you are a racer and want to race supercross you will have to make three night programs in arenacross first.
This rule will not only bring more fast amateurs to the cities closest to the fans it will bring more excitement to the racing as well as give these young expert racers a chance to learn the required skills needed to race in a Monster Energy Supercross.
Wilkes Barre, PA and the surrounding area is a growing location with a large motocross community and the Mohegan Sun Arena is an excellent place to have the sixth round of the AMSOIL Arenacross series. There is plenty of parking, the Wyoming Valley Mall is only a half mile from the arena and there are all the restaurants you've come to love from your own home town within a mile. So if you need to get out of the house this weekend there isn't a better way to get out and forget about winter then to head to the Mohegan Sun Arena for this pivotal round.
Speed TV will be airing this race live on Saturday February 9 at 9:30 pm eastern time but you only get one hour of the intense racing. And you know there is tons more that goes on at an AMSOIL Arenacross race then an hour program can handle. So the true way to experience the Wilkes Barre, PA round is to attend live. And at only $35.50 for front row, $25.50 for gold circle and $17.50 for P-3 seats for adults as well as $10.00 a seat in the P-3 section for kids 12 and under you won't even break the piggy back to attend a pro night Friday or Saturday. Then for Sunday you might as well come back for the amateur program because they are impressive to watch as well. The tickets to attend Sunday are the same as the pro night's P-3 tickets but it doesn't matter which section you want to sit in the price is the same.
