Inaugurated in 2006, the 24 Hours of Dubai is an endurance race run at the 3.35 mile Dubai Autodrome. And thanks to LiveStream, the entire race will be available for all the world to see online.
What separates the 24 hours of Dubai as opposed to other endurance races (such as the 24 Hours of LeMans) is the fact that drivers can register on there own and don’t have to be invited. In addition, semi-professional teams are allowed to run as well. There are both local competitors from the UAE and surrounding nations in the Persian Gulf as well as a host of international teams particularly from European nations.
If you’re looking to root for an American based team, look no further than the only American entry in a field of 80 entrants with DragonSpeed’s Audi R8 based out of Jupiter Florida,
Full 4 hours of qualifying have already made there way up on YouTube thanks to the 24 Hour GT Series.
