Many female celebrities, including "The Help" actress Octavia Spencer and bombshell Sofia Vergara of "Modern Family", chose frocks by designer Marchesa. Sofia Vergara decked out her candy-apple red Marchesa gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry, also seen on "Glee" star Jane Lynch.

Giorgio Armani was a popular choice for the men, including actors George Clooney and Guy Pearce. Bradd Pitt chose a Balenciaga tux, while wife Angelina Jolie kept things simple with a satiny black Jenny Packham gown with a halter top.
