2012 Mid-Atlantic South All Star: Raven Darkhold #17 (Photos)

Dat Ass.

You want to talk about killers on the track, then Raven Darkhold has got to be a part of the conversation. She towers over her competitors when standing upright, but is able to get low enough to send the smallest girls backwards with her can-openers. Her booty is deadly. I hope you’ve been practicing your footwork and popping backwards – because she certainly has been. And she’s gonna get you with it.

She has incredible pack play and is able works well in whatever pack you put her in (though I have to say that the Raven/Forty Ounce/Norah P/Scarriet Tubman pack is one of the most effective and SCARIEST pack I have ever come up against). She is the embodiment of power and agility. She has come a long way through hard work and dedication over the last few seasons. She is a natural leader and a natural born killer on skates. I also have to mention, that she’s also kind of gorgeous; one of those skaters that glows instead of sweats. I’m the last person to bring image into a profile piece, but I have to mention it as a side-note to her incredible skill!

Raven gives her all on the track and pushes her teammates to do so with a firm but gentle hand. Despite her sometimes timid nature, she's a beast on the track. Raven's great combination of speed, power and agility make her an incredibly well rounded player. When blocking, she consistently stops jammers in their tracks. But when the team needs to score points, she's unstoppable. Given all of this, she still remains one of the most modest skaters I know. – Norah P Neffrin, River City Rollergirls
