2012 Mid-Atlantic North All Star: Snot Rocket Science #6 (Photos)

There’s been a lot of buzz about Snot Rocket Science ever since Team USA started smashing up opponents in 2011. Steel City has a roster of quiet powerhouses that the world sometimes forgets about, but this woman is comes out and smack you in the face with her sheer amount of awesome.

This skater does not back down. Ever. Though I don’t know Snot personally, I get this feeling that she has been underestimated, not considered a threat. She’s a threat. Her power of balance is phenomenal. She’s one of the jammers that you see get wailed on to no avail. She is able to hug the boundary lines of the track with Pythagorean precision – it is remarkable to watch her NOT cut track every single time.

As you’re sitting in the crowd, mouth gaping, thinking: “I would be a bug on the windshield after that hit.” She calmly looks at the jam clock and seems to be thinking: “Can I get another 5 points before the other jammer breaks the pack?”

Snot rocket science is a genuine soul with a heart of gold on and off the track! She is alway encouraging to others and always has something to laugh about. Her attitude and smile brings an amazingly awesome positive vibe for her team on the track! – Hurricane Heather, Steel City Steel Hurtin’
