2012 LA Music Critic Award nominees announced

I have been fortunate enough to have been around the music industry for the past 15+ years. During that time I have seen and heard some of the most incredible indie music acts, several of which have become household names.

Each year these artists continue to impress me with their creativity and work ethic, and 2012 was no exception. I received a total of 48 submissions for my 1st stab at the LA Music Critic Awards. Reviewing them all has been a challenge, but so worth the effort.

Here are the nominees for the 2012 LA Music Critic Awards. The winners will each receive a full review of their CD, and will be announced next week in a series of articles, with each category getting a separate article.
