The Atlanta Falcons will host the Seattle Seahawks in an NFC Divisional battle this Sunday.

Spread: Atlanta by 1

Over/under: 45.5

Last meeting: Atlanta 30, Seattle 28 (2011)

Passing: The Seahawks are averaging 189.4 yards per game while Atlanta is putting up 281.8 per game.

Rushing: Seattle is averaging 161.2 yards per outing while the Falcons are averaging 87.3 yards per contest.

Passing yards against per game: The Seahawks are averaging 203.1 yards against per outing while Atlanta averages 242.4 yards against per game.

Rushing yards against per game: Seattle is averaging 103.1 yards against per game; meanwhile the Falcons are averaging 123.2 yards against per outing.

(Above stats from regular season)

Thoughts: The Seahawks are off a comeback win over the Washington Redskins in an NFC Wild Card Game last week while Atlanta finished the regular season with a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Seahawks are a very dangerous team right now while Atlanta has struggled in the postseason in recent years. I like Seattle to win a close game here so I’d take them with the point as well as the under.
