2012-13 Divisional Weekend wrap-up: Falcons, 49ers, Ravens and Pats win

After one of the more exciting NFL Playoff weekends in recent memory, there are only four teams remaining in the quest to become the 2012-13 NFL Champions. Saturday afternoon, the Baltimore Ravens needed double over time to defeat the Broncos in Denver, 38-35. Saturday night, the San Francisco 49ers over powered the visiting Green Bay Packers, 45-31.

Sunday began with the Atlanta Falcons blowing a huge lead, only to get a last second field goal to top the visiting Seattle Seahawks, 30-28. The boo end game of the weekend took place in New England as the Patriots came alive in the second half to defeat the Houston Texans, 41-28. With that said, here is the match-ups for both the NFC and AFC Championship Games next Sunday:

San Francisco @ Atlanta, 3 p.m., Fox

Baltimore @ New England, 6:30 p.m., CBS

The 49ers are an early 3.5 point favorite over the hosting Falcons while the Ravens-Pats clash ( a rematch from last year’s AFC Championship Game) is off the board at this time.
