Supporting arts and entertainment in your community is always a good idea, and what better way to do it then attending the various film festivals this summer. Many times film festivals offer you a chance to get a sneak peak of films before their theatrical release. In addition, they highlight various short films from local filmmakers to international filmmakers that you would never see at another venue.
Attending a festival screening is about the same cost as attending a movie at your local theater. However, at film festivals you can see celebrities and attend workshops. Check out this month’s upcoming festival and visit their site for schedule information and to purchase tickets.
