2011 Super Bowl Commercials: Roseanne Barr Gets Hit in Snicker's Ad (YouTube.com Video)

Roseanne Barr and Richard Lewis were featured in the Snicker's 2011 Super Bowl commercial. In an attempt to compete with last years Betty White ad, Snicker's used Roseanne getting hit with a huge log in there Super Bowl spot.

"That Snicker's commercial was awesome," tweeted one Cleveland resident of Roseanne's 2011 Super Bowl cameo. While so many people watch the Super Bowl just for the commercials, the game was entertaining as well. However, this year's Snicker's commercial may not live up to the epic Betty White spot of 2010.

While Richard Lewis got most of the airtime, it was was Roseanne Barr getting clobbered by a giant log that stole the show. The funny lady, who always seems to get laughs wherever she goes, surprised some fans with her appearance in the commercial.

    For these things to be funny, the celebrities need to be widely recognizable. Richard Lewis isn't.

    Roseanne is great! Too bad they didn't use another celebrity in the place of Richard Lewis (who is Richard Lewis I know him from somewhere). Just made no sense to me. I think the one with Aretha Franklin was the best ever though. Oh and btw it's "their" not "there" as in their Superbowl spot....just saying.
