November 19: Pumpkin 5K- This 7:30 am race is a benefit for the YMCA Scholarship fund and Charlotte Local Education Foundation. The race will start from the Bayfront Center YMCA 750 W. Retta Esplanade in Punta Gorda. (Click here for a map) If you’d like to register online, click here.
November 19: Take Stock in Children’s Strides for Education 5K-This 8:00 am race is a new one for the area and takes place on the FGCU campus. (Click here for a map) The event is a fundraiser for the Take Stock program, an initiative to break the cycle of poverty through education. Click here to register online.
November 19: Jolley Be Good 5K- This race is a benefit for the Marco Island Recreation Programs and Special Events and the Humane Society Naples. It will start from Veterans Community Park, 901 Park Av. in Marco Island. (Click here for a map) The event is scheduled for a 7:30 am start and crosses the new Jolley Bridge.
