The annual Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships take place at Walt Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
On Dec. 9, the National Championships took place for the Midget divisions. Friday marked the final day of for cheer and dance, with the event attended by more than 300 squads from around the country.

Pop Warner provides football and cheer & dance opportunities for athletes between 5-16 years old, of all experience levels. The Midget divisions in cheer & dance are for participants been the ages of 11-15 years. Teams compete with each other in similar divisions, which are determined by size and experience
Sports competition is only one aspect of Pop Warner’s program, which also focuses on modeling appropriate conduct, encouraging spirit, and emphasizing academic success.
The Pop Warner National Championships, in both football and cheer & dance, takes place the first week of December. They have been held at Walt Disney World Resort since 1995.
The 2011 Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer & Dance Championships began Saturday, Dec. 3 and continues through Saturday, Dec. 10 at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
