2010 NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick

On Saturday, September 11, the Greenwood Parks and Recreation Department will be holding the first round of the NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick event at Old City Park in Greenwood.  This is a fun, free event for the youth of the area to show off their football abilities and earn a chance to perform at the NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick sectional competition at Lucas Oil Stadium.

This first round challenge is open to all boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 14.  Participants will be divided by age group and will therefore need to provide a copy of their birth certificate to take part in the event.  Other than that, all your child will need is a pair of tennis shoes and an excitement for the game.

The Punt, Pass and Kick event will be held from 9:00 - 11:45 am.  Each participant will have the chance to perform each activity to the best of their ability.  The top performers will be notified with information about the sectional challenge.  Dates and times for the sectional challenge will be announced at a later date.

Whether you are looking to show off your skills, or just get into the football spirit, the NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick will be a fun time for all.
