
As we gear up for the 2010 draft, look at player rankings, NFL team needs, and all the rest let us not forget that several NFL draft picks have already been traded. Here is a look at the picks that have already been traded to other teams.
Round One
• The Denver Broncos get the Chicago Bears first round pick to complete the Jay Cutler trade
• The Seattle Seahawks get Denver’s first round pick to complete the 2009 draft day trade, where the Broncos got Seattle’s second round pick they used to select Alphonso Smith (37th overall)
• The San Francisco 49ers get the Carolina Panthers first round pick to complete a 2009 draft day trade where the Panthers got the Niners 2nd round pick (43rd overall) where they picked DE Everett Brown, and their 4th round pick (111th overall) were they selected RB Mike Goodson
Round Two
• The New England Patriots get the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Second round pick to complete a 2009 draft day trade where the Jacksonville Jaguars got New England’s Third Round pick (73rd overall) where they selected CB Derek Cox. New England also received Jacksonville’s 2009 7th round pick (232nd overall) where they selected WR Julian Edelman
• The New England Patriots get the Tennessee Titans second round pick to complete a 2009 draft day trade where the Titans got New England’s 2009 third round pick (89th overall) where they selected TE Jared Cook
• The Kansas City Chiefs get the Atlanta Falcons Second round pick to complete the trade for TE Tony Gonzales
• The Tampa Bay Buccaneers get the Bears’ second round pick to complete the trade for DE Gaines Adams
