Come out and join local residents and business owners in Mooresville on Saturday June 12th from 2 pm until 7 pm for the 2nd Morrison Madness Street Fair. The event is organized by Ahlara Spa and Business Resource Group and proceeds beyond their expenses are going to Barium Springs Home for Children and the Iredell Humane Society. Along with aiding area charities, the event seeks to help local business, with the Chamber's goal of buying local and put money back into the town. In hopes that customers and maybe residents will discover a new business they didn't know about before the festival. So join in the fun and bring the whole family.
The event is located in the Ahlara parking lot on Joe Knox Avenue (Mooresville). Admission to the fair is free, there is nominal fees for rides and games. The fair has numerous vendors, including Carolina Beer and Beverage, which is donating products to the event to raise money for local charities, Davaste Vineyards, Josh's Produce, hot air balloon rides (weather permitting), face painting, live music, food vendors, beer and wine, Kid's moon bouncing, fire marshal with the brand-new safety trailer (which no one has seen), race car and classic cars, wake board boat, fishing expert Captain Gus will be signing autographs and much more.
