The Nissan 350 Z was traveling at 200 mph when suddenly it was cursed by mechanical failure which caused the drive line to lock inducing a flip! The driver started slowing down and around 155 mph the 350 Z quickly pulled to the right and started to roll into the desert! Only a well fabricated machine can take this kind of punishment and allow the driver to live. By using a roll cage, the driver was up and walking around even before the medics could get there! Truly remarking craftsmanship in this performance built Nissan 350 Z.
How did it survive a wreck like that? A little bit of luck, soft sand, and a great seam welded chassis helps. Seam welding a chassis strengthens what's already there. Adding the additional roll cage creates a double shield for the occupants and allows drivers like this one to walk away from 200 mph accidents! The design of the Nissan 350 Z is also a very strong shape when properly reinforced by seam welding and roll cages. The bubble features several zones for arches which are very crash resilient. The design team did an excellent job building this car, they literally saved the driver's life! RIP Zeto!
