20-minute power workout

Have you ever found yourself in need of a good workout but short on time? You don't have to sacrfiice a good workout simply because you don't feel you have enough time to get it all done. The secret is to super-set the exercises so when you complete one set on one area of the body; you immediately move on to do an exercise on another body part.

Follow this simple guide and you can be in and out of the gym within 20 minutes and still hit all the areas you need. Do 3 sets of each super-set.

  • Bench Press 10-12 repetitions - Squat 8-10 repetitions (The bench press and the squat represents 1 super-set)
  • Over-head Press 8-10 repetitions
  • Barbell Curl 10-12 repetitions

This quick and simple workout just hit all of the major areas on your body; chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and legs. The next time you are running behind and don't think you can hit the gym, think again!
