A man and a teenager are in critical condition after the man lost control of his car and hit the 18-year-old who was walking on a sidewalk in Marietta.

And police believe the man may have had a medical issue.

The incident happened about 3:30 p.m. Monday on Franklin Road near Twin Brooks Drive, according to Marietta police.

Investigators said Mr. Moses Katta, 50, of Marietta, was driving a 1994 Nissan Sentra southbound on Franklin Road when he lost control of his Nissan.
