Honored with individual awards were Daniel Day-Lewis, Anne Hathaway, Tommy Lee Jones and Jennifer Lawrence for performances in motion pictures.
The Actor for a motion picture cast performance went this year to “Argo,” a film directed by Ben Affleck. The honor for outstanding action performances by a stunt ensemble in film and television were awarded to the James Bond film “Skyfall.”
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role awards went to Daniel Day-Lewis for his portrayal of President Abraham Lincoln in "Lincoln" (Touchstone Pictures).
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role was awarded to Jennifer Lawrence for her portrayal of Tiffany in "Silver Linings Playbook" (The Weinstein Company).
Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role went to Tommy Lee Jones for his role as Thaddeus Stevens in "Lincoln" (Touchstone Pictures).
Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role went to Anne Hathaway for her portrayal of Fantine in "Les Miserables" (Universal Pictures).
Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture went to the cast of "Argo" (Warner Bros. Pictures). The cast includes Ben Affleck, Alan Arkin, Kerry Bishe, Kyle Chandler, Rory Cochrance, Bryan Cranston, Christopher Denham, Tate Donovan, Clea DuVall, Victor Garber, John Goodman, Scoot McNairy and Chris Messina.
