The 16th Annual Hot Springs Blues Festival takes place at Hill Wheatley Plaza in Hot Springs, Arkansas Labor Day weekend.
PRICING:
Children aged 12 and younger are FREE
13 and older: $10 per day or $15 weekend pass (must be purchased in advance on http://www.spacityblues.org/ )
