15th Annual Gandhi King Season for Nonviolence international event

January 30-April 4, 2012

Season for Nonviolence is a grassroots campaign of empowerment for nation's to show proof that nonviolence is the way to heal.  The movement was inspired by the time of year, Martin Luther King and Gandhi aniversary memorials.

Sixty-four days of activism, offering, events, demonstrations and global new thought is what the Season of Nonviolence offers everyone.  A concentrated effort to bring about unity as we move into the new paradigm shift.

Cultivating peace in our daily lives will act as a rock dropped in the pond or a lake, the effects can't help but extend out to all of mankind.  May peace bring us together as a real driving force in our lives as we stop ignoring the elephant in the room, the self-centered attitudes that have dominated culture for centuries, and move into other-centeredness to bring about immediate transformation and healing.

Go to the 15th Annual Gandhi-King Season for Nonviolence website for more information on how you can get involved in your community.  If you are not physically able to be involved meditation is one of the most powerful tools you can own, holding peaceful, nonviolent thoughts and images in your mind as often as you can during this Season of Nonviolence.
